customers all across Italy.

Monitoring & Control

We’ve made available two fully-equipped Monitoring & Control Rooms for the
proactive identification and handling of operational faults.

24/7 NOC

We’ve trained and employed a team of ad-hoc skilled Network Operation Engineers capable of working in a multi-customer environment, dealing with multiple challenging technical issues, projects and technologies.

QSS

We’ve provided Vodafone customers with Quality & Support Services. The Intellisync team of experts supplied support of second and third level, quality assurance for complex issues, ensuring operational efficiency and operability of the solutions deployed for premium customers.
